Insulating Fire Bricks, also known as High Alumina Bricks ( IFB ), are high temperature, lightweight refractories which are used as insulation in kilns, forges and furnaces. Furnaces and kilns always require a combination of Light Fire Brick and Dense Fire Brick.
The high alumina products is in the high Al2O3, less impurities, the formation of fusible glass less, so the load softening temperature than the clay brick, but the mullite crystallization doesn’t form a network organizations, therefore refractoriness under load is lower than silica bricks.

Together with Mullite pillar, Mullite Cordierite Kiln Furniture enjoy good reputation for good performance under temperature 1270℃ with lower cost compared with Sic plates and pillars.
T Crank mainly used for tableware industry to support and protect ceramic products, usually coming into direct contact with the tableware body. With its simple shape, it increase kiln load, reduce fuel consumption, labor and has significant advantage on cost savings.
Saggars are usually larger and used to protect or support products during firing, in the glost or biscuit firing of tableware, or for powder calcination, etc. It is made by semi-dry pressing with categories like: Round Square and Special Saggars, Round Crucibles and Special Crucibles.
To meet different usage for various marketing demand, our production team dedicated to help customers by making saggars with regular or customized dimension and shape. Subject to shape volume and market volume, such saggars are mostly made by casting.
